"A Movement in South Asia" (South Asia - September 18, 2003)

At 10pm Thursday your time(EST) I'll be heading several hours outside of the capital city here to meet with leaders that have been fueling the work here. Please pray for safety as we travel - much of the country is underwater from the monsoon season. We'll be in cars and on ferrys so it should be interesting. I'll be coordinating with the national leaders in this muslim majority area and training those that have crossed over. Literally thousands have come to faith in the last few months. Along with that, many have been persecuted. Pray that God would lead us to "men of peace" (Luke 10)that would befriend us and provide their homes to be a "safe house" to meet in for bible study. Pray that we would speak the word of God with boldness and humility (something only the Spirit can accomplish). Also ask that we have wisdom from above as to where we will be able to work here in the future. This is GROUND BREAKING STUFF! We are setting up opportunities to bring over short term groups to do some incredible kingdom stuff. Maybe you'll be here with me the next time I come . . . wait a minute . . . with God ALL THINGS are possible. I love you each and can't wait to fill in a ton of the "blanks" for you after I get back.
